• Amateur photographer. - It fulfills its function without making a mess with cables.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This Wireless CarPlay is very easy to install, basically plug and play; you immediately connect it, the stereo recognizes it, and you just have to connect your phone to the device via Bluetooth, where the necessary permissions are granted for CarPlay to work well (contacts, access to WiFi, and of course, CarPlay).
It is very compact, and its lights are not annoying. It also looks very elegant and adapts to the aesthetics of the car.
    Highly recommended.

  • Kelly U.- Best one I’ve found!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the best wireless CarPlay adapter I’ve come across. Super small and no cords. Connects very very quickly, no lag time. Buttons respond quickly. The trick is to make sure you totally remove your phone from the car Bluetooth first so there is no overlap. Follow up: 7 months after purchase the item stopped working. I ordered a new one because I love the product and also reached out to the company. They promptly responded to me and proactively found my new order and refunded it for me. I highly recommend this adapter. Customer service was wonderful as well.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First off let me say I hate cables hanging down, so it was a challenge to find the smallest wireless CarPlay adapter out there. Well this has to be it. When placed in my 2023 Toyota Tacoma you can barely tell it’s there. Fast connection and fast interface. If you’re looking for a barely there CarPlay adapter, you’ve found it.

FAQ

How do I know my car has wired CarPlay capability?

1. Connect your iPhone to the car's main USB port. If your car supports Apple CarPlay, a prompt will appear on your phone asking for permission to connect.
2. Look for a CarPlay icon in the car's stereo menu. If you see it, your car is equipped with Apple CarPlay.
3. Reach out to your car dealer for assistance in confirming whether your car has this feature.

What is the password to connect to Wi-Fi?

The first step is to connect via Bluetooth. Once the Bluetooth connection is successful, Wi-Fi will automatically connect without requiring a password. When pairing Bluetooth, ensure that Wi-Fi is turned on and not being used by other devices.

The indicator light of the Wireless Carplay Adapter is still on after the car is turned off.

The indicator light on the Wireless CarPlay Adapter may stay on for a short time after the car is turned off. However, the power consumption is very low and will not drain your car's battery. No action is required.

Can't find the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signal from the Wireless CarPlay Adapter?

The Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules on the phone may be malfunctioning.
The Wireless CarPlay Adapter may be defective.

If possible, try testing with a different iPhone. If only one specific iPhone cannot detect the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signal of the Wireless CarPlay Adapter, try resetting the network and Bluetooth settings on that iPhone, then restart the device. If the issue persists on other iPhones as well, the adapter might be defective. In this case, please contact us, and we’ll either refund your purchase or send a replacement.

Calls being rejected or forwarded to voicemail, no sound playing, microphone not working, music playback interrupted, or voice functionality not responding properly.

Multiple Bluetooth connections, the phone's background apps occupying the Bluetooth device, or incorrect audio output selection.

1) Check your phone's Bluetooth settings to ensure it isn't connected to another device. If it is, either disconnect from other devices or turn off Bluetooth completely.
A.Settings> Bluetooth> Choose the Bluetooth that comes with the car like "Car model xxxx" >Click the exclamation mark: select "Forget This Device";
2) Close any apps running in the background on your phone while using the Wireless CarPlay Adapter.
3) During a call, make sure the "Audio" output is set to CarPlay.

Note: Bluetooth is used for pairing the Wireless CarPlay Adapter. Once paired, only Wi-Fi is needed for continued operation, so turning off Bluetooth won't affect performance. However, for future use, make sure Bluetooth is on so the adapter can automatically reconnect.

Persistent disconnection?

1) The Wireless CarPlay Adapter requires a stable Wi-Fi connection to your phone. Connection drops are often caused by Wi-Fi interference. Do you have other Wi-Fi-enabled devices in your car, such as a dash cam? If so, try ignoring other Wi-Fi networks when using the Wireless CarPlay Adapter.
2) You can also resolve this issue by resetting your phone's Wi-Fi settings. Additionally, updating the firmware of your Wireless CarPlay Adapter may help.
To reset network settings (this will require you to re-enter passwords for previously connected networks), go to:
Go to Settings> General > Transfer or Reset iPhone> Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Can the Wireless CarPlay Adapter be paired with multiple phones?

The Wireless CarPlay Adapter can be paired with multiple iPhones, but it can only connect to one device at a time.
If you wish to pair it with a new iPhone, you will need to disconnect the currently connected device.
By default, the dongle's Bluetooth system will automatically reconnect to the last used iPhone.

Unable to automatically reconnect?

1) In some vehicles, you may need to enable "automatic connection" in the CarPlay settings for the Wireless CarPlay Adapter's auto-connection feature to work properly.

2) Check your phone settings:
A. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Ask to Join Networks, and select "Notify."
B. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the "i" icon next to "Cp*-****," and enable "Auto-Join."

3) Other situations:
A. Ensure that both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on, and make sure Bluetooth isn't connected to any other devices when you enter your car.
B. Clear the pairing history, restart your phone, and attempt to pair again.
C. Consider updating the firmware for better performance.

The audio is not synchronized with the video?

Even the built-in Wireless CarPlay in some cars experiences audio delay when watching videos. This is because video transcoding is more complex than audio transcoding and requires more processing time. To improve transmission speed, we’ve implemented a dual-module design. This delay is a common issue with Wireless CarPlay and not specific to the Adapter itself.

Car screen goes black after pairing?

During the first pairing, ensure that Wi-Fi is turned on (there’s no need to manually connect to the Wireless CarPlay Adapter's Wi-Fi at this point). Then, pair via Bluetooth. Once Bluetooth is successfully paired, the Wi-Fi will automatically connect to the dongle. You can confirm this by checking if your Wi-Fi has switched to connect with the dongle when the setup page appears. If it hasn’t, unplug the Wireless CarPlay Adapter, ignore "Cp*-****" in your Bluetooth list, restart your phone, then plug in the dongle and try pairing again. If the issue persists, consider updating the firmware.

Audio lag or sound quality issues (excluding audio delay during video playback)

The audio streaming mode may be conflicting with the car's system.
Adjust the "Audio Streaming Mode" by following these steps to access the dongle's firmware update interface:
1. Power on the Wireless CarPlay Adapter (it’s recommended to use the charging port).
2. Connect to the Wireless CarPlay Adapter's Wi-Fi, using the password "12345678"
3. Open a browser and enter the URL: 192.168.1.101.
1) Locate "Audio Streaming Mode," which offers two different options.
2) Try switching modes to see if it resolves the issue.
3) Be sure to restart your phone before using the dongle again.
4) If this doesn’t work, consider updating the firmware of the Wireless CarPlay Adapter.

When pairing, if CarPlay doesn't start or the car shows a message indicating that the device is incompatible or doesn't recognize the USB.

When pairing, if CarPlay doesn't start or the car shows a message indicating that the device is incompatible or doesn't recognize the USB:

Adjust the "Startup Delay" setting:
1. Access the Wireless CarPlay Adapter's firmware update interface.
2. Power on the Wireless CarPlay Adapter (it’s recommended to use the charging port).
3. Connect to the Wi-Fi of the Wireless CarPlay Adapter, using the password "12345678"
4. Open Safari and enter "192.168.1.101" in the address bar.
1) Adjust the delay time for the adapter to communicate with the car after powering on. If the adapter isn't recognized until you unplug and replug it after getting into the car, you may need to adjust this parameter. Generally, the delay setting should match the time it takes for the car’s screen to finish loading the function icons after ignition.

Note: If you've followed these troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, please contact after-sales support. Unauthorized personnel should not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit.
