Refund policy
At CARPLAYKITS, we offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please ensure you reach out to us promptly at support@carplaykits.com within the return period.
Important Notes:
For orders placed without discount codes, price difference refunds due to promotion changes are only accepted within 24 hours of your order.
If you request to cancel your order more than 12 hours after payment, a $15 shipment handling fee will apply to cover warehouse processing.
Please review the shipping times and product information carefully before purchasing. If a refund request is due to customer reasons, a $15 processing fee will be deducted.
Because international logistics can be complex, we do not accept unreasonable return or refund requests for reasons unrelated to product quality. Please confirm all product details before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your package, please inspect your order immediately.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@carplaykits.com so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it for you promptly.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, email us at support@carplaykits.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Eligibility Requirements: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required.
- If you return an item for reasons not caused by our error, a $35–$50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns made more than 15 days after delivery will also incur a $35–$50 restocking fee.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Refund or Exchange Timing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item if an exchange was requested.

Refunds and Exchanges
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund posting.
Note: We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@carplaykits.com.
Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
If payment has been completed but the parcel has not yet shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
For a smoother return process, please follow these guidelines:
- Please use DHL for the return shipment if possible.
- Mark the goods as "Video Interface" on the shipment description.
- Declare the value at $20 per piece.
- Remove any brand logos or names from the packaging
